Refund policy

Returns are accepted on new and unused product within 30 days from when you placed your order. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping on the returned item unless an error was made on our part (wrong item sent etc).

Your refund should be issued within 5-10 business days once we have received and processed the return.

The following items cannot be returned- Products with missing or damaged packaging, opened binkies, teethers and other like items.
